Friendly staff but this has to be the slowest fast food restaurant in the world. Not quite sure why as I’m counting 7 employees as I type this and have been waiting 5 minutes for a burger. Visited this place twice a year the last 5 years and same story every trip but only option on this exit and needing diesel.
In the last month I have gone twice and both my husband and my burger was not able to eat because of so much mayo or sauce on burgers. They tasted awful and were extremely messy. We eat here quite a bit but the past month who ever they have making the burgers doesnt seem to take his job seriously. The times were between 3 and 6
Friendly service and clean, even the restroom was clean. One of the few Hardee's I know that serves fried chicken. Will return.
Don't bother telling them how you want your food prepared bc it won't be right. I say no onions, I get extra onions EVERY TIME. SLOW service, rude employees(especially morning time) and your order is never right. Maybe management needs to be more selective in their hiring process.
Only go hear when im really desperate for something to eat. Last time ordered grilled chicken sandwich to go. Got home with and it was half cooked! Horrible. Service so slow for anytime after 12pm.
